Asen helped us find an incredible apartment, was very communicative during the full process and an amazing asset to work with!

I started my apt search in mid november and although everything was good and had no complaints; I did not find the apartment that was meant for me. However I felt so heard and understood by Asen I knew that he was the broker that I wanted to deal with, a month later I could not be happier, he delivered on every point. Asen & Ivan are a absolute pleasure to deal with and I will reccomend them to all my friends and family. The staff at Luxury Aapartments are very down to earth and professional, I signed on my dream apartment and Not only did I gain a life time broker relationship I also gained two friends.

I called Asen randomly and knew right away that he would be great to work with. He has a great personality but more importantly, he may be the only broker in NYC who is reliable, responsive and did not show me anything outside of what I asked for. I repeat, he ONLY showed me what I wanted. That''s never happened before. I am a native New Yorker and I have lived in countless apartments and met dozens of brokers, I have never liked or trusted a broker the way I did with Asen. I highly recommend him to anyone in need.

Asen was very helpful in guiding me through the process as a first time renter, from touring the apartments to applying for the property I chose. In addition to negotiating on my behalf for lower rent and a later move-in date, he was always quick about answering any questions that I had at any time of day and addressing my concerns. They really put in the time. After our first round of apartment viewings, we returned a second time on another day so I could see the apartment I was considering again, along with some other comparable options I''d asked to see to ensure I was choosing the very best available apartment. They also took the time to answer my many questions--if not in person, then by text or phone. Always responsive; I got immediate answers.

Furthermore, they are very knowledgeable of the application process for the building I was considering, and I truly felt they worked to get me the best deal the leasing team would offer.

Best of all: They weren''t pushy. I''ve encountered many brokers through my years of renting in NYC--many of whom were pushy and/or phony...in short, not the type of people I''d like to see walk off with a broker fee (whether it was out of my pocket or the landlord''s). But I genuinely enjoyed my experience with Asen and Ivan. When I was trying to decide on lease terms and needed guidance, they gave me their honest opinion and encouraged me to choose what would ultimately be best for me; they really seemed to want me to be happy with my decision.

I would gladly recommend them to anyone--including my closest friends and family--looking to move in the area. Can''t recommend them enough. :)

Finding an apartment in New York City all the way from Miami is very stressful. Unfortunately, realtors and brokers have a reputation of being unpleasant. Before contacting Luxury Apt. LIC, I talked to many brokers who were exactly that - rude. It was as if they were doing me a favor rather actually working with me to find a place.

At Luxury Apts. LIC, I contacted Ivan who referred me to his colleague, Asen, because he was on vacation. I told Asen my budget and the amenities I was looking for. Asen was frank with me. What I was particularly looking for within my budget was not available. Then, the next day he sent me a listing in one of the best luxury buildings with more amenities I asked for - all within my budget. Obviously, I quickly start the application.

Both Asen and Ivan helped me throughout the application and leasing process. I texted them 24/7 and both instantly replied. While other brokers sugar coated the rent prices and were unpleasant, Asen and Ivan were honest and attentive. I am recommend them to anyone for their property needs. If you''re looking for an apartment, want to save a lot time, and work with pleasant people, Asen and Ivan are the ones for you.
